About the Blog

4

I enjoy travelling and believe every place has something special. I believe travelling opens people’s minds and fights ethnocentrism; it promotes understanding, tolerance, and ultimately cooperation. Travelling has changed me. However, travelling can also have a negative effect depending on one’s own experience.

It is important to not base ultimate opinions without facts and solely based on a one-time bad experience. It is wrong to generalise and if something truly is wrong, then it is better to teach, rather than condemn.

When you travel you realise there are many things you would like to preserve and you start valueing things you never did before. I want to sensitise people for that. Therefore, I have decided to create a blog for those who spend some considerable time on Internet in order to prompt discussions about societies and cultural features. My purpose is to make you think about matters that you might not have thought about yet.

I will also write about communication and public relations, not only because it is my professional area, but also because I believe organisations can help society to be more functional through communication.

Any feedback is welcome.

Remember, if you smile, it is more likely that people will smile you back.

And if you like, share it!

I completely agree with you Nadia. I think it’s a great idea to have a blog about such important and relevant things. Travelling is definitely a way to become a more accepting and versatile person. Keep us updated:)

Good idea and a wonderful concept 🙂 Just one idea, maybe would be more colorful, interesting visually and would make sense, if you post the nicest fotos of your travels, or fotos of your journeys connected with the what you´re writing 🙂
